After gaining almost 60 years of logistics industry experience between them, Directors Maureen and Alan Phillips founded the ULS Group of Companies.  The business operates from a large, modern Head Office and AQIS approved warehouse premises in Laverton North, Victoria, with warehousing facilities in major capital cities.  The ULS Group of Companies includes Universal Logistic Solutions Pty. Ltd., National Cartage Services Pty. Ltd., and Haulage Logistics Pty Ltd.

As well as working with European and North American clients, ULS has strong Asian networks and experience working with clients who do business with Chinese and other Asian customers.  By combining forces with our Customs Brokers and line-haul partners, we are able to offer each client an exceptionally cost-effective package that delivers substantial cost savings to our customers.

ULS consistently manage projects on time and on budget.  ULS work with some of Australia’s largest retailers, and manage all the logistics for a broad variety of major Special Projects for multinational corporations and government departments.  We are also proud to provide services to smaller businesses.  We value ALL our customers.
